Shipping Policy

1. Shipping to Switzerland

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Reconvilier (BE), Switzerland.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 3 PM: shipped the same day (business days)
  • Orders placed after 3 PM: shipped the next business day
  • No shipping on weekends or public holidays

Available Delivery Methods

  • Standard Delivery — 1 to 2 business days
  • Express Delivery — 24 hours
  • Free delivery on orders over €99 CHF

Delivery times are provided by Swiss Post and may vary depending on the carrier's workload.

Order Tracking

A confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order is shipped.


2. Shipping to Europe (European Union)

We deliver to most EU countries.

International orders are generally prepared the next business day and then shipped.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Europe — 3 to 7 business days
  • Premium Europe — 2 to 4 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over CHF 150

Delivery times may vary depending on the country and customs procedures.

Taxes & Customs

Orders to the European Union are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means:

  • The prices shown do not include taxes in the destination country.
  • Customs duties or local VAT may be charged by the carrier.
  • These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We have no control over these charges.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • The country
  • The chosen shipping method
  • The total order amount
  • Any promotions (free shipping)

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable in case of return (see our Refund Policy).


4. Bulky/Special Products

Some bulky or heavy items may:

  • incur additional charges
  • not be available for international delivery
  • be shipped separately

5. Delivery Delays and Problems

Moto Marketing SA is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • the carrier
  • customs
  • strikes
  • inclement weather
  • peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)

6. Uncollected, refused, or incorrectly addressed packages

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to:

  • failure to collect from the post office
  • incorrect address provided by the customer
  • unjustified refusal of the package

The carrier's return shipping costs + a CHF 7 processing fee will be deducted from any refund.
