Return and refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be in its original condition
- not have been worn or used
- be clean, odorless, and free of marks
- have all tags attached
- be returned in the original packaging
- include proof of purchase
- defective
- damaged
- incorrect
- Technical underwear
- Socks
- Skin-contact protective clothing
- Electronic components
- Special order products
- Personalized items
- Final sale items (“non-returnable” indicated on the product page)
- Gift cards
- Return the original item
- Place a new order
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Within 3 to 10 business days.
- The initial shipping costs are not refunded.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part.

No returns should be sent without prior authorization.
Unannounced returns will not be accepted.

Right of withdrawal (European Union)
If your order is shipped within the EU, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days without needing to provide a reason. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition, with tags and original packaging.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will inform you whether the refund has been accepted or refused.
If accepted:
In case of an error on our part, the return shipping and initial shipping costs will be fully refunded.

Non-receipt of a package / refusal / package not collected
Packages not collected or refused without valid reason will result in a deduction of:
