Shipping Policy

1. Shipping within Switzerland

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Reconvilier (BE), Switzerland.

Processing times

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM: shipped the same day (business days)
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM: shipped the next business day
  • No shipping on weekends and public holidays

Available delivery methods

  • Standard Delivery — 1 to 2 business days
  • Express Delivery — 24h
  • Free shipping from 99 CHF

Delivery times are provided by Swiss Post and may vary depending on carrier workload.

Order tracking

A confirmation email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your order is shipped.


2. Shipping to Europe (European Union)

We ship to most EU countries. International orders are generally prepared the next business day and then shipped.

Shipping methods

  • Standard Europe — 7 to 10 business days
  • Premium Europe — 3 to 7 business days
  • Free shipping from 150 CHF

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

Taxes & Customs

Orders to the European Union are shipped under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), meaning:

  • displayed prices do not include destination-country taxes
  • customs fees or local VAT may be requested by the carrier
  • these costs are the customer’s responsibility

We have no control over these fees.


3. Shipping fees

Fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • the destination country
  • the selected shipping method
  • the total order amount
  • any promotions (free shipping thresholds)

Initial shipping fees are not refunded in case of return (see our Refund Policy).


4. Bulky / special items

Certain oversized or heavy items may:

  • incur additional shipping charges
  • not be eligible for international delivery
  • be shipped separately

5. Delivery delays & issues

Moto Marketing SA is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • the carrier
  • customs
  • strikes
  • weather conditions
  • peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)

6. Unclaimed parcels, refused parcels or incorrect address

If a parcel is returned to our warehouse due to:

  • non-collection at the Post Office
  • incorrect address provided by the customer
  • unjustified refusal of the parcel

The carrier’s return fees + 7 CHF processing fee will be deducted from any refund.
