Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope of application

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website moto-marketing.ch, operated by Moto Marketing SA. They govern the contractual relationship between the customer ("you") and Moto Marketing SA ("we", "our"). By placing an order, you accept these terms.

3. Products

We strive to present our products accurately. However:

  • images and colors may vary depending on the screen
  • product details may be modified without notice
  • stock levels are provided subject to errors
  • images are non contractual

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT. Prices may change at any time but remain valid at the time the order is confirmed. Shipping fees, international taxes or additional charges are indicated during checkout.

5. Orders

Any order constitutes a binding purchase offer. It is accepted once a confirmation email is received. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of:

  • out of stock items
  • payment refusal
  • incorrect or incomplete information
  • suspected fraud

The order must be intended for personal or domestic use.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods:

  • TWINT
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

Moto Marketing SA does not store any card information. Payments are processed by secure providers.

The delivery times indicated are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure.

The risk of loss transfers to the carrier once the parcel is shipped.

8. Returns and refunds

  • Returns accepted within 14 days
  • Items must be clean, unworn, with original tags
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the error is ours

9. Warranty and defective products

Products are covered by Swiss legal warranty. In case of defect, contact us quickly with photos and a description of the issue.

10. Liability

Moto Marketing SA is not responsible for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • display errors
  • transport delays
  • misuse of products

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

11. Data protection

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual property

All website content is protected by Swiss and international laws. Any reproduction is prohibited without written permission.

13. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our control such as strikes, disasters or system failures.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction is Reconvilier (BE), Switzerland.
