Refund policy

We apply a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be in its original condition
- not have been worn or used
- be clean, with no odors or marks
- have all original tags attached
- be returned in the original packaging
- include proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error comes from us.

Returns must be sent to the following address:

No return should be sent without prior request.
Unannounced returns will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is:
- defective
- damaged
- incorrect
so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene or safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- technical underwear
- socks
- protective gear in direct contact with the skin
- electronic parts
- special-order products
- customized items
- final sale items (“non-returnable” stated on the product page)
- gift cards

Exchanges
To quickly obtain another size or model:
- Return the initial item
- Place a new order
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed depending on stock availability.
Right of withdrawal (European Union)
If your order is shipped to the EU, you benefit from a 14-day legal withdrawal period without justification. Items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will inform you whether the refund is approved or denied.
If approved:
- the refund is issued to the original payment method
- within 3 to 10 business days
- initial shipping costs are not refunded
If the error comes from us, return and initial shipping costs are fully refunded.

Non-reception of a parcel / refusal / unclaimed parcel
Parcels that are unclaimed or refused without valid reason result in a deduction of:
- actual return shipping costs charged by the carrier
- 7 CHF processing fee
