Compact, lightweight, and ultra-high-performance, the Supertech RK-10 PLASMA rigid knee brace offers superior knee support for off-road riding. Its asymmetrical design in forged carbon fiber ensures maximum rigidity and minimal weight, while the floating Nucleon PLASMA knee protector provides exceptional comfort, breathability, and protection.

Key Features

Developed based on feedback from professional MX riders, this 34-layer carbon fiber brace is designed to offer an optimal balance of flexibility and rigidity to provide superior comfort and support while reducing the risk of injuries to the medial and lateral collateral ligaments, the anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments, and the lateral and medial meniscus.

The geometry of this brace was meticulously studied using countless 3D scans of professional athletes to ensure optimal internal volume and precise hinge width for maximum comfort during use.

The ends of the upper and lower braces feature an innovative soft and flexible construction with a smooth transition to prevent the hard edges of the carbon fiber brace from coming into direct contact with the skin.

The replaceable knee shells are made with a polyurethane outer shell lined with Nucleon PLASMA protection for an optimal blend of flexibility, scratch resistance, and impact protection.

Strategically positioned upper and lower kneecap extensions ensure maximum coverage regardless of the flexion or extension angle.

The extremely stable and slim four-point hinge system perfectly follows the knee joint, while extension stops, available in a 0-30 degree range, help adjust the knee brace to the desired maximum opening angle.

Replaceable hinge covers ensure a smooth transition between the hinges and the frame, eliminating any construction steps and preventing any risk of component snagging.

Nucleon PLASMA is a viscoelastic material made from bio-based polymers and molded to form a flexible structure in all directions, while maintaining the ability to dissipate impact energy. Lightweight and highly ventilated, this knee protector offers strong dispersion and absorption of impact force while guaranteeing maximum coverage in any riding position.
